The question I want to ask to everyone in Guildwood is, "Is the Guild Forest worse off now (after the ice storm and EAB) then it was June 2013?"
I took a walk in the forest along one of its many trails and found myself looking at all the
greenery asking that exact question. In the spring before all the new greenery appeared it seemed as if the forest could be dramatically changed forever, but as nature always does it grew up to replenish itself. These two pictures show that the forest is just as healthy as ever. When walking along the trail I even saw a Garter Snake slither away into the dense bush.
