Scarborough Pan Am/Parapan Am Information Session

Toronto residents who live in Scarborough, as well as local businesses, are invited to attend information sessions to learn more about how the community may be affected by the Pan Am/Parapan Am Games this summer. The Scarborough sessions will examine impacts from the University of Toronto Scarborough campus hosting competitions in aquatics, fencing, modern penthathlon, sitting volleyball, roller sports – speed skating and Parapan tennis at the CIBC Pan Am/Parapan Am Aquatics Centre (Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre). This information session will provide tips, tools and information to help residents and local businesses get around during the Games, will be held at the following location and time Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre, 875 Morningside Ave. Tuesday, April 7 Business session: 3 to 5 p.m. Resident session: 6 to 8 p.m.

Space in these sessions is limited; groups are encouraged to send representation. These information sessions are hosted by the Pan Am Transportation Team (PATT), consisting of representatives from the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, the Integrated Security Unit (ISU), the TORONTO 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games Organizing Committee (TO2015), the Toronto Transit Commission and the City of Toronto.
