The 42nd Canadian General Election officially kicked off on August 2nd 2015 and we are looking forward to covering it from our community’s point of view! Three of the big four parties have nominated candidates for Scarborough-Guildwood, those candidates are the Liberal incumbent John McKay, Chuck Konkel for the Conservative Party and Laura Casselman for the NDP. The Green Party has not yet nominated a candidate and it is not known if they plan to. Check our Elections in Guildwood page for the latest information.
As part of our coverage we will be sitting down with these candidates to discuss the riding and the specific issues facing it.
