What to do with Guildwood Schools/Our First Periscope Broadcasts.

A meeting was held tonight, Thursday October 20th, about what could be happening to Guildwoods Primary Schools to address the issues of Low Attendence at Guildwood Junior and Jack Miner Senior.

Jerry Chadwick, TDSB Trustee for Ward 22, set up the meeting to inform Guildwood Residents of the Review Process that is going to take place for Schools in Guildwood to address Low Attendence issues at Guildwood Junior Public School and Jack Miner Senior Public School.

This was also the debut of The Guildwoodians new Periscope account and although not everything was perfect, we had connectivity issues and issues with regards to sharing our broadcasts to Twitter, I think that our experiment was a great success and something that I think we can use when covering our community news stories and if you haven't already you can follow us on Periscope at @TheGuilwoodian.
