East Platform Construction from November 2016
Work is progressing well at the GO Station. Construction of the retaining wall on the north side ending near Payzac Avenue is almost complete. East platform work continues with construction of new stairs and elevator shafts, curb installation, as well as preparation for adding the snowmelt system. Starting near the end of January, at night a crane on the south side will begin lifting sections of the platform canopy up onto the platform. Typical construction sounds can be expected. This work can only be completed at night when trains are not operating. The lifting and placement of the canopy sections is expected to continue to the end of February 2017.

Work on Tunnel Entrance from November 2016
Excavation of the new station building foundation has begun. Construction of the utility building (east of old station building) is well underway. Work continues on both entrances to the east tunnel. The new station is still on track for completion by early 2019.
Update: January 20th 3017
There will be more community consultations coming up this year. Dates and times are to be confirmed.
